Hatem ElBidweihy is a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the United States Naval Academy, where he also serves as department chair. He has been a member of the IEEE Magnetics Society since 2010 where he has served as conference program committee member, publications committee member, and session chair. His research interests are: additive manufacturing, characterizing and modeling magneto-caloric and magneto-electric effects, autonomous milli- and micro-scale control and manipulation, and magnetic hysteresis modeling.
