Hatem ElBidweihy is an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at the United States Naval Academy. He has been a member of the IEEE Magnetics Society since 2010 where he has served as conference program committee member, publications committee member, and session chair.

 His research interests are:

  • additive manufacturing
  • characterizing and modeling magneto-caloric and magneto-electric effects
  • autonomous milli- and micro-scale control and manipulation
  • magnetic hysteresis modeling
