The 2026 IEEE Magnetics Society Summer School will take place at The American University in Cairo, Egypt, representing the first time it is being held on the African continent.

Egypt boasts of being the “Mother of the World,” and within it, Cairo can be viewed as the bustling heart and vibrant capital of not just Egypt, but of North Africa, the Middle East, and the entire Arab world.
