RE-OPEN: Request for Proposals to organize Magnetic Frontiers 2025 in a FUNDAMENTAL topic of magnetism
We are currently looking for proposals to organize the next Magnetic Frontiers conference, expected to take place in 2025. The 2025 edition of the conference will follow the same format as previous events, with a focus on an emerging FUNDAMENTAL topic of magnetism.
In the past, the Magnetic Frontiers conference has covered topics such as Topological Insulators (Nancy, 2017), Magnetic Sensors (Lisbon, 2019), and Quantum Technologies (Orlando, 2023). These events generated a strong interest in the community, due to the combination of a popular topic, presence of high-profile speakers and a unique atmosphere, that supported discussions among established scientist and early career researchers.
Magnetic Frontiers is a series of small Flagship conferences initiated and sponsored by the IEEE Magnetic Society. Magnetic Frontiers is the premier topical conference on emerging aspects of fundamental and applied magnetism. The forum provides a range of plenary and invited talks delivered by key researchers in the field as well as oral and poster presentations. As there will be a small number of participants, the conference provides a unique environment for researchers to communicate and discuss the latest developments in magnetism with the leading scientists.
