Description
Article V of the Constitution provides that the AdCom shall consist of 24 elected members with vote, elected officers with vote, and ex-officio members with or without vote, subject to the requirement that at least two-thirds of the voting members shall be elected members. The President, President-Elect, Secretary Treasurer, and the Immediate Past President are included in the count of elected members for the two-thirds rule. All AdCom members must be Society members or Society affiliates.
